Building on its strengths in renewable energy and the establishment of Aura, the University of Hull is seeking a Lecturer in Renewable Energy with expertise in the interaction between low carbon energy solutions and the environment. The successful candidate will lead our Masters level teaching in renewable energy and take responsibility for developing our programmes to meet the needs of a low carbon society. The Lecturer will work closely with colleagues in Aura, which is a catalyst for collaboration and brings together industry partners to harness and drive innovation in the low carbon and offshore wind sectors, rooted in the Humber at the heart of the UK's Energy Estuary. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic and talented with a passion for both teaching and research, working collaboratively across departments in the University of Hull, and beyond with external partners, and have a strong ambition to be an academic leader in their field.
