The University of Hull has ambitious plans its grow its Higher and Degree Apprenticeship provision in the Humber region and beyond. Due to this ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for the post of Apprenticeship Engagement Advisor.

Reporting to the Apprenticeship Operations Manager, the role of the Apprenticeship Engagement Advisor is key in the ongoing development of the University's Apprenticeship offer. The post holder will work closely with the Apprenticeship Operations Manager to develop and deliver a marketing and events plan. The post holder will also work with faculty and professional services colleagues in planning and co-ordinating employer engagement and relationship development activities.

The Apprenticeship Engagement Advisor will act as the liaison between the University and employers, and ensure the University understands employer programme requirements. The post holder will also act in an advisory capacity for employers on all aspects of Higher and Degree Apprenticeships. The post holder may also be required to support employers to recruit new apprentices into their organisations.

Applications are sought from experienced individuals who possess experience of employer facing relationship management and campaign / project planning and delivery. Due to the nature of the role, it is expected that that Post Holder will often be required to attend meetings off campus. Therefore, it is vital that the Post holder is organised, self-motivated and has a willingness to work flexibly.
