This post is only open to current University of Hull staff and to temporary agency workers who are both currently working with us and who will have 12 weeks service at the University by the closing date

We are currently looking to recruit a Quality Administrative Officer within the Business and System team of Student Services. The successful candidate will demonstrate a significant knowledge of SITS and experience of working within a SITS project environment. They will need to provide a high level of customer service, strong negotiation and problem solving skills, whilst being able to work independently.

Reporting to the Deputy Director of Student Services they will:

•    play a key role in the maintenance and development of the SITS academic model, which will include responsibility for administrating a number of processes and procedures, including the creation of new programmes, the withdrawal or suspension of programmes etc.

•    work closely with the Deputy Director of Student Services and Head of Registry. They will provide support in any future enhancements to processes relating to the academic model whilst still retaining central oversight.

•    work closely with a wide range of academic and professional service staff. They will play a crucial role in the development and implementation of the new end to end curriculum management system. This will also include system configuration to develop reporting functions to support academic and professional services.
